Singer with a sweet voice, well controlled, not without pellizco, with basses full of a rich feeling, with beautiful grace notes dominated by the “duende” or spirit of his art. Fresh, but at the same time keeping what is vital and shouldn’t be changed, but full of new airs full of joy, and a perfect command of the rhythm in the festive songs.

Shaped in all the “peñas”, regular participant in festivals and competitions, obtaining awards both from general “cantes” as well as “extremeños”, just to name a few: First Awards in “Concurso para jóvenes” SUMA FLAMENCA in Madrid, EL GALLO in Morón, SOLEARES Award and NARANJITO Award of Triana in Sevilla, Young Singer Award in Chiclana, Llerena, Arroyo de la Luz, MELON DE ORO in Lo Ferro, the SILLA de PLATA in La Fortuna (Leganés), Mayorga de Plasencia, Punta Hombría , and a long et cetera of finals that he has been accumulating at his young age, like Guillena, Burguillos del Cerro, Bailén, Mairena del Alcor, Carmona, Huelva, San Sebastián, etc, which proves that he is an emerging singer with a more than exciting future ahead and with a strong personality. Currently he is a regular in the flamenco circuit in his region, the itinerant festivals organized by the Peñas Association of Badajoz, named “Pasión por el Flamenco”, and by AGRUFLAEX (Flamenco Association of Extremadura). Besides, he has performed in prestigious music festivals, such as the “CICLO FLAMENCO EN LA PLAZA ALTA”, “WOMAD” in Cáceres and the “BADASON” in Badajoz, the GAZPACHO in Morón de la Frontera, LA VELÁ in Triana,, FESTIVAL FLAMENCO DE CÁCERES, BIENAL of Flamenco in Sevilla 2016 “Son de Peñas”, and in numerous Peñas in the flamenco scene, since his artistic value and his knowledge endorse him. In 2009, he won the competition organized by the Council of Badajoz, which award is a scholarship, with which he travels to Seville (Cristina Herren Fund?) and Madrid (University of flamenco). Considered a cantaó largo, he is a self-made man due to his passion and the experience one gains from years in the stages, with knowledge and a good command of the rhythm, he has been invited to participate in conferences about the history of flamenco. He takes the “cantes” from his homeland as a hallmark. A proof of this is the album, titled EXTREMAJONDURA, title that also names the first flamenco version of the hymn of Extremadura for bulerías. Currently he is immersed in the project “Flamenco Abierto”, in the recording of his second album and in continuiung going to the most important national and international festivals with his recitals.
